 Elizaveta Valdemarovna Ivantsiv (Ukrainian: Elizaveta Valdemarіvna Ivantsіv; born on July 2, 1982, Uzhgorod), better known under the nickname of Elka, is a Ukrainian and Russian pop singer, producer, and actress.

She started her musical career as part of the Uzhgorod group B&B. In 2004, she signed a contract with Vlad Valov and released a successful debut album, City of Lie, with hits songs like “Girl in Peugeot” and “Good Cheer”. Subsequently, in collaboration with Valov, two more albums were released: "Shadows" and "This magnificent world", which were not as successful as the debut work of the performer.
