The play is set in a gloomy tower on an island surrounded by a stormy northern sea. In direct contact with the elements, violent clashes occur between an elderly married couple - Captain Edgar and his wife Alice. Love-hate of these people is familiar, they exist in it like a fish in water. Soon a third character appears, a distant relative and former fan of Alice - Kurt. The classic triangle (two men and a woman) can hardly be called love - there is too much hatred in it. This play is about the complexity of human relationships within one family and the drama of its breakup.
