Eternal City — where Uzbekistan’s rich history, cultural traditions, and oriental charm come to life!

Located within the Silk Road Samarkand international tourism complex, Eternal City (Boqiy Shahar) is a historical and ethnographic park celebrating Uzbekistan’s diverse cultural heritage. Opened in 2022, the park brings together architectural styles from different regions of the country, traditional decorative patterns, and the atmosphere of historic Silk Road cities.

The park features more than 50 traditional craft workshops, art galleries, venues serving regional cuisine, and an open-air amphitheatre for concerts and cultural performances. Visitors can discover pottery, woodcarving, silk-making, and other traditional crafts, sample authentic dishes from different parts of Uzbekistan, and enjoy live performances. Eternal City is an ideal destination for family outings, cultural exploration, and experiencing the country’s unique traditions in one captivating setting.
