The world-famous economist, co-author of the bestselling book "Why Nations Fail," University of Chicago professor James A. Robinson is coming to Uzbekistan for the first time to launch an Uzbek translation of the book and meet with readers. The event will be attended by students, scholars, public opinion leaders, entrepreneurs, economists, and finance and business professionals.

Behzod Hoshimov, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the author of "Iqtisodchi Kundaligi" blog, and Botir Kobilov, a Ph.D. candidate at Harvard University, the author of "Uzbekonomics" will also take part in the panel discussion.

The meeting will take place on March 17 at 17:00 at Intercontinental Hotel Tashkent (Trilliant).
