The history of "Lazgi" is three thousand years old - this ancient Khorezm dance is shrouded in riddles and myths, personifies ancient folk wisdom, and its very name means "Soul and Love".

In 2019, the dance "Khorazmian dance - Lazgi" was included in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage.

The international premiere of the ballet performance took place on November 27, 2021 at Dubai opera as part of the cultural program of Uzbekistan at EXPO 2020 and evoked enthusiastic responses from the public.

The ballet project was initiated and implemented by the Fund for the Development of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan. @acdfuz
